Οι ΗΠΑ δίνουν το στίγμα τους: Αμερικανική φρεγάτα στη Λεμεσό

Στο λιμάνι της Λεμεσού κατέπλευσε η φρεγάτα του αμερικανικού πολεμικού ναυτικού USS Cole. Την πληροφορία γνωστοποίησε με ανάρτησή της στο Twitter η πρεσβεία των ΗΠΑ στην Κύπρο, στην οποία αναφέρεται:

«H USS Cole κατέφθασε στη Λεμεσό την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα για προγραμματισμένη ναυτική επίσκεψη, κατά την διάρκεια των επιχειρήσεων του Αμερικανικού 6ου Στόλου.

Οι ΗΠΑ με περηφάνια συμβάλλουν στην Ειρήνη και την Σταθερότητα στην Ανατολική Μεσόγειο».
