Ο Κωνσταντίνος Τασούλας νέος Πρόεδρος της Ελληνικής Δημοκρατίας

Επικαιρότητα

Νέος Πρόεδρος της Ελληνικής Δημοκρατίας εξελέγη ο Κώστας Τασούλας, με 160 ψήφους.

Σημειώνεται ότι στην τέταρτη ψηφοφορία για Πρόεδρο Δημοκρατίας απαιτούνταν 151 ψήφοι και ο κ. Τασούλας είχε λάβει στις τρεις προηγούμενες ψηφοφορίες όπως και σήμερα 160 ψήφους.

Είναι ο πρώτος Πρόεδρος Δημοκρατίας που εκλέγεται μετά τη συνταγματική αναθεώρηση του 2019, κατά την οποία αποσυνδέθηκε η διαδικασία εκλογής του ανώτατου πολιτειακού άρχοντα από την προκήρυξη πρόωρων εκλογών και άρα κατέστη στην πράξη μη αναγκαία η συναίνεση κυβέρνησης- αντιπολίτευσης.

Ως εκ τούτου είναι και ο πρώτος Πρόεδρος Δημοκρατίας που εκλέγεται ουσιαστικά μόνο με τις ψήφους του κυβερνώντος κόμματος που τον πρότεινε. Συν τις ψήφους τεσσάρων ανεξαρτήτων βουλευτών, εκ των οποίων οι δύο (Αντώνης Σαμαράς, Μάριος Σαλμάς) προέρχονται από τη Νέα Δημοκρατία.
