Αλλαγή ώρας 2025: Πότε αλλάζει η ώρα;

Λίγες μόνο ημέρες έμειναν για την αλλαγή ώρας, όπου πρέπει να ρυθμίσουμε τα ρολόγια μας μία ώρα μπροστά.

Η αλλαγή ώρας θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Κυριακή 30 Μαρτίου 2025. Συγκεκριμένα, οι δείκτες των ρολογιών στις 03:00 θα πρέπει να πάνε μια ώρα μπροστά και να δείξουν 04:00. Η θερινή ώρα θα διατηρηθεί μέχρι την Κυριακή 26 Οκτωβρίου 2025.

Το θερινό ωράριο θεσπίστηκε για να περιορίσει την κατανάλωση ενέργειας, καθώς οι άνθρωποι μπορούν να εκμεταλλεύονται περισσότερο το φως της ημέρας.

Η ιδέα αποδίδεται στον Βενιαμίν Φραγκλίνο, ο οποίος το 1784, με άρθρο του σε γαλλική εφημερίδα είχε προτείνει ότι οι άνθρωποι θα έπρεπε να ξυπνούν νωρίτερα για να αξιοποιούν το ηλιακό φως, εξοικονομώντας ενέργεια (και συνεπώς να κάνουν οικονομία) καθώς θα έκαιγαν λιγότερα κεριά.
