Νομοσχέδιο whistleblowers – χαιρετίζει η Κυβέρνηση

Επικαιρότητα

Η Κυβέρνηση χαιρετίζει την ψήφιση χθες από τη Βουλή των Αντιπροσώπων του νομοσχεδίου για την προστασία ατόμων που αναφέρουν παραβιάσεις του νόμου και ειδικότερα πιθανές πράξεις διαφθοράς, του γνωστού νομοσχεδίου whistleblowers.

H εφαρμογή του συγκεκριμένου νόμου αναμένεται να συμβάλει στην ενίσχυση της διαφάνειας και στην αντιμετώπιση πιθανών κρουσμάτων διαφθοράς.

Αναμένουμε ότι η Βουλή λειτουργώντας με το ίδιο πνεύμα συναίνεσης  θα προχωρήσει σύντομα στην ψήφιση και των άλλων σημαντικών νομοσχεδίων που αφορούν στη μεταρρύθμιση της Δικαιοσύνης και στην ίδρυσης της Ανεξάρτητης Αρχής κατά της διαφθοράς.

Πρόκειται για σημαντικές μεταρρυθμίσεις οι οποίες θα συμβάλουν αποφασιστικά στην αντιμετώπιση της διαφθοράς και στην προώθηση της διαφάνειας και της λογοδοσίας, εμπεδώνοντας το κράτος δικαίου στον τόπο μας.
